Oh my word. These are top notch quality ladies! Cougar is such an iconic brand that has been around for decades! They are genuine WATERPROOF leather with a chunky wedge heel and zipper closure. I found my true size 8 to fit perfectly with a thinner cotton sock underneath. I have wider feet and they still fit me great!
