OH MY WORD, I have been waiting for this set to launch since seeing it months ago! The material is the most amazing fabric - it's silky with some give to it and drapes so beautifully. The top is a nice v-neck with a drapey loose sleeve that features an elastic cuff and stretchy bottom band. The skirt is tiered with a slit which adds great movement and the waistband is super stretchy too. This is sold as a set but once you get it, you can totally wear the skirt with different tops and the top with some cute jeans or denim shorts! I am wearing my true size small and the fit is great.
