This is such a cute romper! I love the little ruffle, so sweet and feminine! It is a very nice rib-knit material that feels amazing! There is elastic at the top with the ruffle and at the waistband as well! It's the one-and-done outfit that's perfect for summer! I am wearing an XL and I love how it fits!
